Mr. Mantilla joined the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Clinic team in 2023, and serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing for the medical needs of established patients at the Hospital Clinic and acute care patients utilizing the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Walk-In Clinic.

Education

Mr. Mantilla received his bachelor's degree in nursing from Illinois State University in Normal. He also received his master's degree in nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner – from Illinois State University.

Mr. Mantilla has extensive clinical experience with patients across the lifespan and also speaks Spanish.

Mr. Mantilla comes to us most recently from Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he served as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Matthews-Vu Medical Group – a comprehensive family clinic. Prior to that, he served as a Family Nurse Practitioner for UCHealth Urgent Care also located in Colorado Springs. Before moving to Colorado Springs, Mr. Mantilla served as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the Springfield Clinic located in Springfield, Illinois.
