Dr. Frederiksen joined the Mt. San Rafael Hospital team in 2023, and serves as a gynecologist in the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Specialty Clinic. She will begin seeing patients beginning in May.

Education

Dr. Frederiksen received her bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Colorado State University located in Fort Collins. She received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine located in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Frederiksen completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Utah located in Salt Lake City.

Dr. Frederiksen is board certified in gynecology.

Dr. Frederiksen comes to us most recently from Pueblo, Colorado, where she served as a gynecologist for Parkview Medical Group’s Associates in Women’s Health Care. She also formerly served as a gynecologist for Banner Medical Group’s Sterling Women’s Care located in Sterling, Colorado. Prior to that, she served as a gynecologist for Banner Medical Group located in Loveland, Colorado, and Associates in Women’s Care located in Colorado Springs. Dr. Frederiksen is also a United States Air Force veteran who served as a gynecologist at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, National Naval Medical Center, the United States Air Force Academy, and Evans Army Community Hospital.
