Dr. Chang joined Mt. San Rafael Hospital in 2013, and serves as one of our visiting physicians at the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Professional Complex. His office is located in the Surgical Clinic.

Education

Dr. Chang received his bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He went on to complete a dual degree in medicine and business administration, focusing on health economics, via the Medical Scholars Program at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Dr. Chang completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Kresge Eye Institute in Michigan, where he also served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship training in cornea, refractive surgery and external disease at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Chang is board certified in ophthalmology.
