Position Title: Chief Nursing Officer

Department:Nursing Services
Position Description: Mt. San Rafael Hospital is a 25 bed critical access facility. Candidate must be comfortable in a working manager type environment. Will exercise leadership responsibility over the practice of nursing participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical programs and services consistent with the hospital's vision, mission and values. Responsible for budgeted funds, salary and wages, inventory control, and charge capturing. The position is a member of the hospital executive (Sr. Management) team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Status:Full Time
The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse. Bachelors Degree
    Experience:3-5 years management experience
    Special Skills:Prefer hospital experience in facility of 100 beds or less
    License Required:Colorado RN License
